It is made from a lightweight, easy-to-wear, soft mesh fabric and comes with a high visibility PVC reflective strip that outperforms and outlasts traditional reflective tape. Fits comfortably over the shoulders and is not rigid or irritable on the skin. Comes in 3 sizes and can be easily adjusted to fit everyone. Designed to be loose and open so as to allow maximum maneuverability.
