Child Orange Safety Vests – Velcro

At safetyvests.co.nz we have six colour options for the child zipped vest: yellow, orange, pink, blue, red and neon green and 2 colours options for the velcro vests: yellow and orange.

The zipped vests are really high quality and will last.

Chest Size:
Small – 35cm
Medium – 40cm
Large – 45cm
Extra Large – 50cm

What vest will fit my child?
That is a great question but the answer is not so clear cut because our kids differ so much in size even at the same age … so this is a rough guide.

1. Child Small: Kindergarten – Year 1 (3-5 years old)
2. Child Medium: Year 1–3 (5-7 years old)
3. Child Large: Year 4-6 (7-10 years old)
4. Child XL: Year 7-9 (10-14 years old)

The good thing about our vests is that they have been designed to fit children even if it isn’t the exact size. My 7 year old girl could still get away with wearing her size small vest that she’d had since she was 4 (if she needed to), and when my boy was 6 he could wear the large even if it was a little baggy. If in doubt go larger.
