Neck too small, small hole in front, and white rear lights are plain dangerous (should be red)

This is promoted as a “fits all” vest with adjustable side tabs. It isn’t. It’s very difficult to put on – the hole for the head is way too small. The vest would fit people who normally wear a small or medium size shirt, but nothing bigger.
